Based upon the type and complexity of the property claim (residential or commercial), ClaimsTrax will send in the necessary experts to inventory, evaluate and estimate repairs or replacement cost for personal property (home owners), business personal property, furniture and fixtures, equipment, computers, inventory, etc. In many cases, we will bring in contents specialists (not restoration companies) to work the contents and inventory while the property adjuster works on the structural and other issues.
