ClaimsTrax is the next generation of the Nagel family’s near 60 years of committed service to the insurance industry. Both Alan and Debra have vast years of experience in recruiting, training, supervising and managing independent claims adjusters and appriarsers on a national scale.
A few items to note:
- Alan grew up in claims and has been handling claims since 1977 (but was climbing roofs and doing scopes with his father since 1968).
- Alan is a Certified Property General Adjuster with experience in handling cases involving multiple layers of coverage and multiple millions of dollars in damages
- Alan was recognized by the Colorado Association of Arson Investigators and was the only “Adjuster” to be a member of that organization.
- Alan was an Owner/Operator for Crocker Claims (Omaha) and developed their largest operations and became their first Regional Director
- Alan founded AmeriClaim and grew it into AmeriClaim group with 4 service divisions including AmeriClaim, AmeriRisk, AmeriCat and AmeriTask.
- Debra married into the business and started working claims in 1980.
In 2009, AmeriClaim Government Services Division (AmeriClaim GSD) was formed when Alan Nagel and AmeriClaim were selected to be the exclusive provider of General Adjusters to the National Flood Insurance Program, responsible for coverage compliance, flood survey’s, quality control, audit and reinspections as well as handling all politically based inquiries, investigations and complaints. Today, AmeriClaim GSD operates under the name of AmeriTask and we are in our 7th year of providing this service to FEMA.
